These terms govern your use of the Huda Travels website and the travel services we arrange. By enquiring with or booking through Huda Travels, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Huda Travels is a travel agency based in Mumbai, India. We act as an agent and intermediary between you and third-party suppliers — such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa and government authorities, and tour operators. The travel services themselves are provided by those suppliers and are subject to their own terms.

Quotes & pricing

• Quotes are indicative and remain subject to availability until a booking is confirmed and paid for.
• Prices may change due to airline fares, exchange rates, taxes, or supplier conditions before confirmation.
• Applicable taxes and levies (such as GST and TCS) are charged as required by law.

Bookings & payments

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment or deposit and issue a written confirmation.
• You are responsible for checking that all names, dates and details on your booking are correct.
• Full payment is due as specified in your quote; some fares and packages require immediate full payment.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by airline, hotel, package and supplier and are shared with your quote before you confirm. Refunds, where applicable, are processed after the supplier releases the amount and may be subject to supplier charges plus a Huda Travels service fee. Some bookings are non-refundable.

Passports, visas & documents

It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport and the correct visas, permits and health documents for your trip. We assist with visa and passport processes, but final approval rests with the relevant authorities, and we are not responsible for a visa being refused or delayed.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical costs and other risks.

Liability

As an intermediary, Huda Travels is not liable for the acts, errors, delays, cancellations or omissions of airlines, hotels or other suppliers, nor for events beyond our reasonable control (such as weather, strikes, government action or force majeure). Our liability, where it arises, is limited to the value of the service fee charged by us.

Your conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with supplier and destination rules, and not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and images on this website belong to Huda Travels or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
